Undoubtedly, every business has weaknesses. Small or larger. Every business has room for improvement. Important or more important! After all, in today’s rapidly changing and unpredictable environment, a strong business today may be at risk tomorrow.
This is exactly what the Business Diagnostic Center is all about. In collaboration with the company to recognize weaknesses and, above all, their causes. To examine how they affect the business operation. To identify opportunities for improvement arising from these weaknesses and to translate them into improvement actions, and to support the company in the implementation of these actions.
